I am using Quicken 2003 on a Mac. I've used Quicken for years without any big problems but I have one now.
I went to reconcile my check book like I do every month without any trouble. This time during the process I clicked on the New Transaction link and Quicken froze up. I've added more memory. I've trashed the preference file. I've reloaded the software and dragged my data files into the newly loaded Quicken. Instead of clicking on the New Transaction link I tried clicking on the open account page in the background to bring it to the front and the same thing happened.
I'd appreciate any suggestions that anyone might have.
